Refund policy

If you decide you don’t like one of our toys and want to return it, you have a month to do so. Just get in touch with us, and we'll help you with the process.

Please make sure the toy is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If not, we won't be able to process your return.

To start a return, email us at armelleonline@gmail.com . If your return request is valid, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the package. The item must be returned to our warehouse.

We cannot accept items sent back without a return request.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order and get a full refund, contact us before the order has shipped. If the package has already been shipped, you'll need to return it once it arrives to get a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we’ll email you to confirm we have it and whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days. Please note, gift cards are non-refundable.

Broken or Damaged Products

If you find a fault with your item, contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a suitable solution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, don’t worry. It might take some time to appear in your account. If it’s been a while, check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still don’t see the refund, contact us at armelleonline@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you’d like to exchange it for another product, email us at armelleonline@gmail.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you exchange an item, the delivery time for the new product will depend on your location.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package can’t be delivered due to incorrect address details you provided, we are not responsible. 

Shipping Address Update Policy

Option 1: If you update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order, we will ensure that the address is updated accordingly or arrange for reshipping if necessary.

Option 2: If you update your shipping address after 2 hours, we cannot guarantee that the change will be applied, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can’t find your package, contact the courier service directly with your shipping address and tracking number. We rely on shipping companies to confirm deliveries.
